Sixteen structures of the neck. You are given the name and the definition; you must click the exact spot on the plate. There are no second attempts.

• One click, one verdict. Wherever you click is your answer. Land on a neighbour and you are told which structure you actually hit — it still counts as a miss.
• Expertise starts at 50. Every miss costs −9.
• Speed earns a little back. Answer inside the bonus window for +4; correct but late earns only +1. The reward never outweighs the penalty.
• The window is tighter for easy structures — 5 seconds for the obvious ones, 10 for the demanding ones.
• Twenty seconds is the hard limit. No answer scores as a miss.
• Reach zero and the run is over.
